Shipping and returns
We ship your purchases via our courier, only after receiving your payment, in the form you selected.
Shipping costs have a single rate of € 7,90 for Italy, euro 15,00 for Europe and England, are free for orders over 69,00 euros and include handling and packaging charges and postage.
Before confirming your order, check the cart carefully to avoid second thoughts: if you place two or more distinct orders separately, we cannot group them together, and we will be forced to charge you the shipping costs for each of the orders.
Maximum attention will be paid to the packaging of packages, even in the case of fragile objects, but read the terms and conditions of use carefully, to know exactly what your responsibilities are.
We choose the size of the boxes according to the capacity suitable for your order and the items you have chosen, in order to ensure its protection.
For our conscious choice, oriented towards reducing waste, we use anonymous and recycled boxes, padded with paper and cardboard and packaged with eco-sustainable tape.

WARRANTIES AND WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on the Ecoribelle site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales.
If you have made a mistake in your order and have received an item that you did not want or do not feel satisfied with the purchase, hai 14 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility to return the product intact and be reimbursed for the cost.
Should I receive damaged goods, let us know within 5 working days by email (staff.ecoribelle@gmail.com), indicating the subject of the e-mail “damaged items”.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, ship the package back within 14 days from receipt of the goods. We accept the return of any item, provided it is intact and in compliance with the terms and conditions of use, which we advise you to consult.
The shipping will be at your expense as required by law.

1. OBJECT

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, at your discretion, without the need to provide any notice to users of the Site, however, by sending a communication via e-mail to the address stated by the consumer during registration on the Site. Any changes made will be effective from the date of communication and will only apply to sales concluded from that date.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL AVAILABILITY OF SALES
There are territorial restrictions on the sale of products. Although the Site can be accessed from all over the world, the Products available on the Site can only be purchased by users who request delivery in ITALY, in EUROPE and ENGLAND.

4. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
The listing, the categorization and display of the Products on the Site, it does not represent an offer to the public, rather a mere invitation to the Consumer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal.
These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the order itself and the Consumer, by registering on the site or by confirming with the so-called technique. point & click, accepts them in full and without any reservation.
The Consumer's purchase order is accepted by the Seller by sending it to the Consumer, to the e-mail address declared by them to the Seller at the time of registration on the Site or the transmission of the order if the Consumer is not registered on the Site, an e-mail confirming the order itself. 5. CONSUMER DATA AND PAYMENT METHODS

6. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND ACCEPTANCE

7. PRICES, SHIPPING COST, TAXES
Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), while they do not include the shipping costs which are calculated before order confirmation and which the Consumer himself undertakes to pay to the Seller in addition to the price indicated on the Site.
The Consumer must pay the total price to the Seller, as reported in the order and in the order confirmation sent by e-mail from the Seller to the Consumer.

The Consumer expressly accepts that the execution of the contract by the Seller will begin when the price of the purchased Product / s is credited to the Seller's current account.

8. SELLER'S LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE, REPORTING OF CONFORMITY DEFECTS AND WARRANTY INTERVENTIONS
Under penalty of forfeiture of this guarantee, the Consumer has the duty to report any defects and non-conformities no later than 2 (due) months from discovery, by notifying the seller, also by email to staff.ecoribelle@gmail.com, with indication of the defect and / or non-conformity found, at least n. 1 (a) photograph of the defect, as well as the order confirmation sent by the Seller and / or the tax receipt.
Following receipt of the form and related documentation, the Seller will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by the Consumer e, after having carried out the quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the Product, will decide whether to authorize the return of the Products in the manner that will be communicated.
If the Seller is required to reimburse the Consumer the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, through the same payment method used by the Consumer when purchasing the Product or by bank transfer.
Regarding any damage caused by defects in the Products, the provisions of the European Directive 85/374 / EEC and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The seller, in the capacity of distributor of the products through the Site, frees itself from any responsibility, none excluded and / or excepted, indicating the name of the relevant product manufacturer.
Ecoribelle is not a manufacturer of the products sold through the website. 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – INFORMATIVE
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded under these general conditions of sale, without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, within the deadline of 14 (fourteen) days. The term begins: (i) in the case of a sales contract relating to a single asset, from the day on which the Consumer or a designated third party acquires physical possession of the goods; (ii) in the case of a sales contract relating to multiple goods, ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the day on which the Consumer or a designated third party acquires physical possession of the last good; (iii) in the case of a sales contract relating to the delivery of an asset consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which the Consumer or a designated third party, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller, before the expiry of the above term, of his decision by sending an explicit declaration to the Seller also by email to the address staff.ecoribelle@gmail.com.
Following the e-mail confirming the exercise of the withdrawal sent by the Seller, no later than the following 14 days, the Consumer must return the products to the seller following the instructions indicated in the aforementioned confirmation email, spedendoli a: Ecoribelle by Roberta Cascino, Via Imperatore Federico, 70 Palermo.
The risks and direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer. In case of withdrawal, the payments made will be refunded to the consumer, inclusive of the delivery costs of the goods (not the return shipping costs), without undue delay after checking. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer requests a refund on a different means of payment, in this case, the Consumer will be responsible for any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment. 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the event that the purchaser is not qualified as a Consumer, pursuant to these contractual conditions, the dispute will be devolved exclusively to the Court of Palermo.
